Shipping:

For Orders shipped within the United States, a Shipping and handling fee of $3.00 will be added for the first book, $5.00 for two or more books.
For Orders to be shipped to Canada or overseas, a Shipping and Handling fee equal to the US Postal Service Air Delivery postage rate to your country will be added.
